I've been drinking so heavily I can't take it. Don't like myself, fell like crap, put on 30 or so drinking pounds, stopped exercising(always too hung and tired, ugghhh!! want to change!! mark me down for 30 and I'll give it my best shot. Thanks for the impetus , see you on the dark side of the moon.

out of my xmas money got myself a mp3player, hoping i will start up running in the new year. Also not stop laughting at Lee Evans i got 6dvd plus 2d boxset. if u really want a good laught recommed it, very good!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone and welcome to the newbies

Just popping in to say a quick hello. Will be away visiting the outlaws for a few days (not looking forward to it) but it has to be done!! Have had a few nice relaxing days, just going for long walks, nice dinners and chilling out. Have had wine but so far have not gone overboard. I am looking forward to getting back into a routine again an MWO routine!

Suki Sorry to hear you had a bad holiday was thinking of you, you were not by yourself feeling alone, I had a house full of people but still felt alone, Contradicts I know but its how I felt.

This is day 3 AF, which is normally the day I give in. I don't know what it is about this day. I think it is the bitchiness that gets to me. I went out and bought some non-alcoholic beer hping it would "trick" my brain. I talked to my sister that I am visiting over New Year's and she told me "What? You're not drinking? What fun are you going to be?" I know this was the alcoholic in here speaking, but boy, I did not know I was that much of a dud when I am sober. I told her that I would be the designated driver. What I really wanted to do was pamper us by getting massages, manicures, and pedicures....and do some gambling
