my body feels like it is an alarm clock,

Expect it is asking for alcohol , early everyday,ticking away. my arms feel like they could drop of, my legs feeels like giving in, my body is weak, my mind is sayin No, /cant help after havin that second drink evrything seems to calm day.
Need to draw that LINE outside all my shops I'm afraid. But I'm IN for the new year!
Went round my brother house y'day picked up all his posts and open it , could not stop crying, his house is like an empty shell there is nothing inside and it is cold. what is it about companys when u tell them he can not pay the bill, u phone, u write 2 tell them, but they dont understand the word he is inside, even the Tv, are giving official warning, but has not use his tv for months. got to ring all those companys up any. god i thought i was stupid!!!!!!!!! If I'm going to help my brother right now l feel like it is the blind leadin the blind. Got to the end of febuary, so still got time to be AF AF AF!!!!!!!!!!
I hope everyone is havin a bettter day then i'am.

Suki I am so sorry that I have not been here more for you over Christmas. With so many family members wanting the PC I have found it very difficult to get on for any length of time. But here now so keep strong and focused you are not alone because even when I have not been on MWO I have been thinking about you and sending LOL xxx

Teardrop So sorry that you are having a bad time, Bloody redtape that sends out these letters ought to be burned! These automated machines , press 1...2...3 you know what I mean, are worse than talking to :anon: I get mad at them too.........Thinking of you , I too have been shopping for the bad stuff my drinktracker is (well to say the least )eratic !!!!, will be AF in january and with you too! look after yourself.

Sweetpea. When does this dust stop settling? I have permanent dust mitts on my hands and still it lurks in all the rooms! I feel like giving up trying the builders are back in a matter of days!:argh: Will be with you AF in January we did it before we can do it again!

:upset: Why oh why have I let myself down AGAIN?!! I so Need to do this and get an AF way of life. The only thing keeping body and soul together is the support of my Firecrackers I have got to promise myself THAT WE WILL DO IT In January YOU LOT HAVE GOT TO PROMISE to give me a boot up the rear end if I don't behave myself :sofa: I am in hiding at the moment thoroughly disgusted with myself. I think I am going to try for 3 months this time before I try to moderate. NEWBIE I AM I did 30 days and was really pleased with myself but somehow my brain just switched into the same mode as when I have finished a diet - Like I can now eat anything I like NO NO NOOOOOOOOOOOOO Like I can NOW DRINKKKKKKKKKKK It is not so simple but I suppose I need to make the journey to find out. But with your wonderful support we are going to turn things around and start again xxxxxxxxxxx

Anyway enough of my self pity I really need :hug: right now I have done it before and I WILL DO IT AGAIN YES I WILL YES I WILL

Dont get too cross with yourself Sweetpea,:l I just had to alter my drinktracker for yesterday, Boy did I go over my estimate.:upset:
We all seem to have fizzled out as firecrackers, perhaps out of the embers will come the new phoenix of January!!!!:wings:
I too did not think that 30 days was long enough for me to moderate but today I will commit to January and think of February closer to its start. I would love a 3 month stint or more but find it too scary to contemplate just now. As soon as I gave myself permission to drink I have escalated back to where I started. On a good note I have had 51 days AF since finding MWO. Something I know I would not have achieved just a couple of months ago. So I will count my success and not my failures to get to where I want to be.

On the question of the drinktracker Does anyone know whether the numbers refer to units or drinks? I have been completing it in units is that wrong?
