Good luck to everyone starting today, YOU CAN DO IT, take that from somebody who has been drinking every day for the past 12 years and has achieved it a number of times since coming to MWO. On Day 7 at the moment and looking to achieve a completely AF November.

Rainey autumn day here but have had my walk with the doggies so feeling good.

Hi everyone! Sweetpea, this is a great thread! I will take all the motivation I can get. I was originally going to make today my start date back to AF, but Mary gave me a much needed kick in the britches last week, so I started back Nov 1. But I see that a bunch of people plan to start AF today, so LET'S ROCK THIS THING!!!

And congratulations to those who have already started AF for your success. For all who experience Saturdays as your toughest day of the week to stay AF, I'm right there with ya. We might have to start some sorta Saturday Warriors group or something.

Anyway, here's to the start of a fabulous AF week! Lots of familiar names here, but lots' of names that are new to me. I hope to get to know you all better on this journey.

How do you get the "gold stars" or ********** to show below your signature where you can track your AF days? I see a couple of you do that, and I'd like to add it if I could...

How are you all doing. If anyone needs support Yell very loudly as we are all here to help. If anyone has fallen by the wayside just jump on board again as everyone of us has the fear of doing so but we must take One Day At A Time.

Cherly as you say I love the idea of the AF stars so have had a go at trying to do it. There must be easier way of doing it, but this is what I did I:-

1. Pressed the shift key or caps lock key down and typed the number 8 which has the star above

2. I then highlighted the * by placing the mouse over it and dragging it across
3. I then changed the size of the font to 5 remembering to highlight it before (look at the toolbar above where it says sizes)
4. Highlight the * and then click on A (next to sizes) and select either yellow or orange and it will change the colour for you

Sorry that sounded a bit long winded but it worked for me

Well it is now the start of day 2 so I think I will find a good book and try to immerse myself in it, take all my sups and keep jumping on to MWO to get some inspiration

Well done to those of you who achieved their first AF day yesterday, may it be the start of many more. Day 8 for me so into my second week. Its amazing how the days mount up. Off to drink tracker to insert the magic 0. Have a great day everyone.
