Sweetpea.. you are such a loving and caring person. Thanks i could do with a adopted mum. when i got married my mum past way two months before. I still went ahead with the wedding because i know my mum would of wanting it. Anyway it good to have one big firecracker family. i just feel really at home here. just like from home to home. :l

We've had a bunch of company recently so I've had limited computer time but have been following the posts and thinking about you all.

Sweetpea your cheerfulness is starting to shine through once again. Whatever you are doing -- keep doing it --when you stack a lot of cheerfulness up it helps build defenses against the blahs. Hey-- I have a sweetpea encounter to share with you. The other day I was shopping for a new top and found the perfect match for the outfit I was putting together. When I looked at the tag and saw it was made by "Sweetpea" it was a bonus because not only did I like it but it made me feel warm and fuzzy.

Teardrop -- you are doing sooooo well!! I will have to sit next to you on the train and maybe some of it will rub off on me!

Eastender -- Hope you are okay with whatever your daughter is up to now. It seems like she is going to test you for a while. So many tests ... so little time to ourselves. Wish you lived closer to my neck of the woods so we could meet for a cup of anything AF and a chat.

Brrrrrrrrr A very cold day today in the UK

:egad: My goodness me what a cold morning it is. I will have to get my thermals out - not a pretty sight a pea in thermals I can assure you!!! A girl does try and do her best BUT when it is this cold vanity flies out of the window!! So you trusted band of warriors I am going into hibernation mode and going to sit by the fire with a good book today

How is everyone?? I have had a pretty hectic weekend and been a naughty pea and partied with AL:upset: I wasn't too bad in the scheme of things but was not as good as I should have been. So I am going to set my mind towards doing some AF days before trying to moderate again. Does this :teeter: ever end I ask myself?????? BUT I am not going to beat myself up otherwise it just makes me feel more depressed. I have been feeling a lot brighter over the past few days so I am going to be gentle with myself and maybe have one or two over the next couple of days and then go into full AF mode ODAT. A realistic target I think

Good morning Firecrackers

It is indeed a cold frosty one but once you wrap up well and keep moving it's beautiful. Just had a 4 mile walk with doggies and friend. Had a busy week-end taken up with family stuff so did not get a chance to log on. Did manage to stay AF so pleased with that. The thought came into my head a few times but once I sit it out or do something else it passes. I find the week time easier so glad its Monday. I have a few big cleaning/re-organizing jobs that I need to get into so thats the plan for today.

Flby.. i would love to give you some of my af days if i could know how dam hard it is.
East.. i'm soft in some ways and not in other ways.. there are things he has to do. last year he went to woodward in america doing skateboarding paid most of it himself with his newpaper round job where he get up at 6am in themorning and birthday money and other odd jobs he did. he will be going to northern spain again but he has to meet me half way. or other wise he cant go.

busy day for me just got in, and out again. agency sometimes does not stop ringing.(wish i never had a mobile phone.. sometimes time is never your own. oh well that life!!

not read much post but will catch up next time. sending you lots of strength your way.
