Day 5 AF today this is a testing one for me! Not managed to get past since November.

Welcome back Sweetpea. I too am now back in the home computer land which makes it much easier to stay in touch with MWO. Good luck today East, stay close to the boards, you can do it.

I intend to get fully back into AF mode again. I need to get out the cd's, start on the supplements etc. Next week is the beginning of April and the girls are back in school again so that will be my official start date. However, today is Day 2 AF, I intend to get a week behind me and then start on 30 Days. Trying to trick Al. Need to get past the 30 day mark.

Morning all you lovely Firecrackers

It is such a lovely sunny day today just the right sort of weather to lift our spirits and makes us feel happy with life :jumpin:

East thanks so much for saving me a window seat in first class. I feel very honored especially after such a spectacular fall. But I AM NOW IN A VERY DIFFERENT PLACE AND FEELING FAR MORE POSITIVE. I am not completely AF yet but have cut down very drastically and intend to have as much AF time as I can then do a 30 day. So my start date for 30 days is April 7th with as much AF time I can get in between now and then. I have a couple of things on that I know will make it nearly impossible to start before then so I am not setting myself up to fail and then get miserable about how weak I have been.

Rustop so glad you are back in computer land and doing so well. I think you have done fantastically well doing loads of AF time and moderating in between. That is exactly where I want to be so I will be right behind you with my start date. I think it is going to be easier with the better weather here and setting myself things to do to keep busy - Spring cleaning springs to mind!!! So as you say it is out with the Cd's and supplements and positive mind frame to get us on our way

Where is everyone? - it is a bit like the Marie Celeste. Everyone must be having a good time enjoying the Easter Break or they have got off the train at the wrong stop!!!:h.
