DAY 9 AF

Hi Firecrackers,
Thank you for all your words and prayers, its perked me up this morning when I logged on.
Feel in a bit dazed last few days and its not AL day 9 AF.
Do feel like I need his company at times, to take away this anxiety ,but not wise to mix with the amount of painkillers I am ingesting.

Sweetpea I have not had any results on my liver function they will come back with the other results in next 7-14 days from hospital, so not yet out of the woods!

Will try and stay busy today, Mr East at work and is very worried about me. Try to keep on a cheerful face but feel like falling apart inside. My kids keep telling me how much stress they are under with their own problems, I feel like they veiw my position much more an irritation. They are not very expressive people when it comes to their Mum who has always behaved like Bodicea! Her main fight with the world was protection of her daughters as well!

:cheering: There seems a distinct lack of crackers at the moment so I thought I better get into cheerleading mode and round you all up for some quality time on the Sweetpea express. Erin is right we need to fish out the lurkers because petrol prices are rising and we don't want the express to come to a grinding halt. So jump aboard and let us know how you are all doing

Yesterday I intended to post in the afternoon but got carried away doing jobs in the house. Trying to keep big Al out of my mind was my mission but did not quite get there BUT moderated successfully. Next Monday is my start date for 30 days so I am getting up steam to reach a positive mind frame to get going

FBY I loved the "I am there" poem. It is always a comfort to know you are not on your own in life :l thanks

Erin you are so right where is everybody? :anyonethere: I have shouted that very loudly so that all the missing crackers will drop by and let us know how they are doing.

Back at Day 2 again!!! Had wine on Sunday, not bad but broke an AF run. Why do I keep doing it???? Dusted off the cd's yesterday and started listening to them and am taking my supplements again. I get kind of lazy and its very easy then to go back to old ways. I was wondering about Suki also, we miss you, let us know how you are doing. East, thinking of you this week, you are doing great.

still doing ok. had an important court date yesterday, it went as i thought it would.but didnt get let it get me down. its so easy 2 get in the woe is me mode. then bad brain cells like 2 kick in, telling me whats the difference, if i drink or not. got through it, by going 2 my daughters place and hanging out with her and my 2 grandchildren. very good medicine. 15 days AF.

So today is April Fools day,how will we trick AL?
I am now at day 11AF, but my success has been mudded somehow by my anxiety at the moment.
I do not feel as excited about it as I did the first time round, just apprehensive is the word.
I am fast coming to the conclusion that Mods does not work for me at the moment, I need a much longer AF stretch before/if I ever try again. I can mod for a couple of weeks then suddenly Bang! I am back to my old ways.
ODAT really works for me , looking any further than today,thats just too scary!

Sweetpea thanks for your thoughts and wishes and yes it is a bit scarce at the moment.
Think Cowgal is away at the moment.
