Its a bright and beautiful one here. Getting ready to start filling the skip. There is a great sense of fulfillment seeing all that junk disappear!! I'll put Al in that category too, am staying well away from him as well as all junk food. Gee, I'm waging a war on junk!! I'm trying to loose weight so its an ongoing battle.

Hey where is everyone? Well done East. I forgot to buy my AF Becks this week-end but I have been taking the supplements and listening to the cd's and I do notice a difference. I have had no cravings the last two nights which are usually my hardest nights. I watched about 4 hrs of the Tudors on dvd and stayed awake!! Could not have done that with Al in the room.

Hi Firecrackers,

Welcome to Matt and:thumbs: 3 days is a great start!
Try not to think about the bigger numbers right now that is too scary, just think about TODAY, all the todays mount up. It seems once over day 5 for me it gets a little easier. I cheat AL by having a AF Becks if I am tempted.

Been busy over the weekend trying to get daughters flat ready with builder, its looking nice now.just a little more painting to do, so I am off to do a few hours !
Ironic when my house is half finished!

Sweetpea having scan on wednesday morning, not sure if I get report straight away or when see my GP again. I will have to see.

Rustop get those Becks in, they are a lifesaver for me. I remember that it was you that inspired me to try them some months back, best AF on the market, but you have to like beer I guess. AF wine that I have tried has been vile!

Welcome Matt!! I will echo the others.... don't sweat 30 days in advance. Just take it one day at a time. You are doing great... and it will get easier but there are no guarantees. This program works if you want it to. Just look at some of our MWO join dates and you can see that we are not perfect but we are doing the best we can to clean up our respective acts while supporting our wonderful co-crackers who are all in various stages of sobriety. Hope you keep in touch.
