Hi Firecrackers

Had a busy, busy week-end so did not get near the computer. Had visitors so there was a lot of work involved. My girls are teenagers and I had a 6 and 8 year old staying. You forget how much work they are. Anyway we had a nice time and as my cousin is on some drug to help her stop smoking, it was easy to stay AF, no wine at meals etc.

Hope everyone is doing well. It's the start of another week and I hope its a good one.

Hi all,
Had a GREAT weekend even though most of Sunday was dedicated to tax prep.:yuk:
But also got some quality exercise in and this is significant because I've been such a slug for a while. Having those endorphins kick in reminded me that things were going to be okay.... at least for that moment of that day! But I held on to that thought for the rest of the weekend and I'm working it today too. OGDAT!!

AntEast-- Day 24 for you!!! It is just so inspiring to see those days add up. I hope all is well with you and that you have a fine Monday.

Rustop- good job staying AF with so much going on. It will be a good week!

Luckalee-- You can ramble all you want. We love to hear from you.

We seem to be fizzling at the moment, we need a gust of air to start the fires again!

My memory is not as good as Sweetpeas with names, so I will ask, How is everyone?

Sweetpea..Hope you had a good time and feeling good in yourself.

East...i'm so so proud of you 25days AF well done.x No luck in the lottery ticket, anyway who care!

Flutterby...sunday morning i could hear that whistle blowing very loud and clear in my ears.

everyone..just like to say well done no matter What stage you are AT.

Saturday had a BBQ party to go to, started at 3 but did not get there until 5pm i think we left at 2....made a complete fool of myself cant remember what happen by the end of the night... My hubby said i fell over in the kitchen and other things. Its funny i felt like i was the only one drinking fast kept on filling my glass up every 10mins...EVEN big john the wood chopper was not drinking much put me to shame, because his normally crash out in one of the beds by 8pm. Anyway like i said heard that whistle sunday morning( bit like a warning sign for me) back on that train express! 2Days AF for me.

Still ringing that bell my arm is hurting me CAN I STOP NOW!

Did go on another bike ride yesterday in the evening ray no horse poo.) BUT lots of little insects flies in a group had to keep ducking and diving.LOL i'm sure people that were driving past must of though i was mad!!

Hi everyone,
Just got back from the flat and put dinner on its 8.45pm here, so tired but had to look in on my pals.
Seems like everyone is doing OK on the Sweetpea Express although as you say the core group of old soldiers!
The flat is looking great my daughter is due to move in next week and my life will be my own again.
Been quite lonely in the empty flat painting, has given me time to think and a lot of self satisfaction, paperwork just does not give you that!
I have missed reading up on other threads its like everyone here is a friend that you love to catch up with.
