Hiya, Everyone,

suki and cheryl hope things are feeling better for you today. Cheryl can understand about when you bought your supp's ,i got a bit paraniod as well could not wait to get out of the shop and run. Anyway talk of the devil my sister rang the other night. she was stress out so she thought she would stress me out as well.BUT i did let it all go over my head. she keeps going on about my brother who is inside at the moment but will be out in feburary time. He is going to need lots of support. GUESS what who lives the closers (me) so i'm going to have to do his shopping take control over his money,bills wages because he has a drinking problem as well. he is in debt up to his eye balls. God i thought dec was going to be a bad month for me but to be honest not looking forward to feburary i think i'm going to need a lot of support on here in feburary time.( really need to do 30days before feb if i can.)
On tuesday evening i felt really low in myself like a black cloud over me, went to tesco but did not buy no wine i know if i had, that i would end up in a blackhole that i would only make myself worst of. The think is i know all the little signs of depression, because my other brother that past way suffured over 10years with it. a couple of weeks ago one of the ladys from my work ask if i was ok because she and someone else thought that i was not my usual self so now i just put on a false face and make out everything is ok.
6Days AF for me.
I have got a xmas do, to go to on friday. I know i will have a drink but i'm not going to have that bottle of wine before i go out.

sweatpea have a nice holiday and when you get back i shall ,make myself a pot of tea before i read your post.

Reading your post reminded me that whever I make up my mind to do something ,the rest of the world (it seems) tries to sabotage it! Maybe its the UNiverse trying to test our resolve maybe?
Anyway try not to worry about the future dealing with today can be hard enough!

My husband also would check the wine bottles but in my drinking days ,I would just buy another in its place so he would not know! just cheating myself though!

I have not posted here before, I have read the entire thread and feel i have sooooo very much in common with many on here. I am so sorry to hear you have gone from high to low. Please, as i have been reading, don't beat yourself up about it, go back and read this thread. I have felt very close to you and the people on here even though i have not posted. Please don't give up. Your inspiration, wit , intelligence, guidance, advise, etc.etc. is very much needed. Please let us know how you are.
