could not get on my pc yesterday...well i log on but the pc was smelling of burningnfire::
...Hubby left a note to not turn on p.c..This time it was not my cooking i only got to put bread in the toaster and i seem to set the alarm of.

Hi Firecrackers,

Just got back from hospital. I am a lttle tearful at the moment because everyone bar Mr East and the firecrackers has forgotten, or don't care, not sure.
I had ultrasound outside and in ,if you know what I mean.:blushing:
The sonographer was very non committal and said I should see myGP in 10 days. 10 DAYS!!!!!!:zonedout:
Well I suppose no news (sooner)will mean good news
I thank you all for your well wishes and prayers it means a lot just now.

sweetpea... hubby hoover out p.c had a bit of dust inside. i think i'm going to have to use some ducktape tonight.

Had a bit of a mad moment (outburst) yesterday, put my running shoe on and went for a slow jog come back and took the bike out for a ride. (my son thought i was going mad. He thought i was going to take his stakeboard out afterwards..lol) does make me feel good inside, just love that breeze blowing in my face.
Anyway got carried away listening to my mp3 player and went through a load of horse poo(shit) not just one poo but a line of it..
When i take my for dog a walk and does a poo i have to pick it up..why cant the horse rides do the same think...nothing against horse rides. (love horses really)
Anyway my dog cant stop sniffing my bike now!!
Hope to do the samething today but be looking out for horse sh*t.

FBY you are right about the sweetpea express being somewhat quiet. So many people have been on holiday me included and I am off again this weekend for a few days. Can you take over the whistle and make sure the train does not come to a grinding halt

Glad you are doing well Sweetpea, enjoy your week-end away. Well done Barebones, I find stress is one of my biggest triggers. On Day 11 and feeling good. I am still following my healthy eating plan, lost a few pounds but its now a matter of sticking with it until the summer.
