Don't be too hard on yourself. Part of the journey are the slips and learning from each of them and then how to avoid those triggers in the future. As long as you keep trying that is all that counts. Good for you and driving is an excellent choice.

Use it as a learning experience.

I made it through 4 days before I reached for the bottle of vodka in the freezer.
