Welcome. I am new to this site also, and unfortunately lots of stories of failure, ( bad word here but can't think of another right now )I wrote an entry called "things that have helped me". Look for it and read it. I put in some tools that really helped me especially during the first week. Another thing is to concentrate on all your gains by being AF, sleep pattern, clearer head, etc. I constantly fall into thinking after a period of AF that I"m cured! The negatives become a distant memory and I go back thinking I can have a normal relationship with alcohol. I fall for it every time!
