im new on this site i been drinking heaverly for about 2 years i wont to quit alcohol so i can feel happy again i was wodering how long do u start to feel benifits from quiting alcohol

There is a book on this website you can download. It is not very expensive.

You can also start reading the posts and get an idea about how others have done it.

In the end, it does take effort, no matter which path you choose. Remember however, it is well worth the effort. You can save your life and lead a much better and fuller life without alcohol.
