Hey Bob, just saw your post and felt really good that you have found this place.
Stay close to the boards. We all have our own journey to make. I hope this website gives you as much comfort, inspiration and support as it has given me.
Welcome.

day 1
Hi bob and welcome!! Congratulations on Day 1 AF. I am on Day 2 myself. I managed 60 days AF during the later part of the summer, and it felt SO GOOD. I'm kicking myself for ending up back in the bad place. But the only way to get back to feeling good is just to suck it up and get through one day at a time.
Hope you will come here often!

Day 13...and counting......on Campral - minor side effects but otherwise seems to reduce the need to drink:award:

day 1
Hi Bob: I've had some real success staying AF (56 days) thanks to MWO. I cannot moderate, as I have no "off" switch. The "Newbies in Need ODAT" (one day at a time) thread is a very good daily reminder that we only have to tackle staying AF for one day (today). MaryWisdom, Courage, Strength
