    Oh boy,um, I just found these replies and My God, thank you so much , each one of you dear souls.
    I am trying to "Post" and "Reply" and don't even know how I started those "Threads"?
    Please email me ( and how do you do that?" ) for some step by step instrunctions.

    Af 3 days, but, it is pacing as I am off the next two.

      Hey, melsdaughter, it's nice to hear from someone else just starting. I have not order the book or anything yet....jsut want to kick AL out of my life!

        Hi all

        Welcome Melsdaughter and enjoy the book dreambeliever of course hello dexter again as dexter will know I am still trying hard but I seem to have found a pattern of one night AF one night well not!! that is far better that before this program so I will work on that lots of friends here feel free to send me any personal mess any one would be happy to chat dont like the chat room too fast take care
