I want to do 30 days AF, not only for my health and to lose weight but to save all the money wasted on wine. Need encouragement. The saved money is a motivator.

Saving money good.
There is an ODAT thread in the "Just Starting" Forum that is a big help.
ODAT is One Day At a Time, which is the way most of us have to go AF anyway, long term or short term.

Yeah, I figure it'll save me $300 a month. Which is about fourth place on the "why I need to quit drinking" list, but still very nice.
