Hi all, I'm back! I am going to do a 14 day AF before Christmas, anyone want to join in, please do. Hell, I NEED the support!!

I am waiting for my cd's to arrive, and that probably wont be for 2 weeks. I am armed with the supps, campral and an exercise plan.

I first came here in Feb this year and the most I have done is 12 days AF, with a few one days here & there... I have to do this!
