Hey Cindi, you know what to do - and I think you already have from what I read in another post - take stock of what you are doing, where you want to go and how to get there. This isn't just about 'not drinking', it's about why you drink and what you can do to fix those issues. Firstly you have to identify them and that takes some real self reflection. Take the time to re-evaluate your life/work/family etc and find out what it is that you really want for yourself....
