Does it work? What one should I choose? Does anyone use the starter kit w/o medication? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Considering ordering a starter kit
Hi SMS, sorry I didn't see your thread sooner. I ordered the M-Pack starter kit with the book and cds. I found it helped but not as much as I needed so I ended up getting topamax to help with the cravings. I found the topamax really helps to curb my cravings. You might want to get other opinions though. People are usually more responsive on this site but with the holiday coming I think a lot of them are busy and/or travelling. Welcome to the site and post another thread if this one gets lost in the holiday rush.
