Hey everyone, let's (all who are interested in it anyway ) commit to an AF January..........I need to commit to something, and it should be easy since I will be "laid up" w/ my knee surgery and all .....................Anyone wanting to join me, add onto this thread and we can all have this commitment together

And the key to success here IS committment...it's really that simple. A committment is a pledge, a promise, an obligation. What does committment mean to you? Is it something that can easily be changed or forgotten when things get tough? Are committments written in ink or pencil? When you give someone your word on something, what does that mean to you? Is it important? Does it carry any weight or can it easily be ignored or negated at the drop of a hat?

To those who want to make a change in your life, you have to make a committment to change. You have to give your word to yourself.

I've had this taped to my desk since I quit drinking 136 days ago:
