i am drinking, i take medications for various medical reasons and i think i have a guardian angel who will not allow anything BAD to happen to me (i already think i am bad)
decided to join to vent and learn about others who are probably mirror images of myself.:new:

Hello Truman! and welcome! Wow! congratulations, you have taken this program seriously right from the start! supps, cd's.....have you, or are you reading the book?

There are so many wise ones here that have long term success with this. I am still fairly new, I am leaps and bounds ahead of where I was in late August when I joined. Pay particular attention to post's from people like Satori, Chief, Star and many others who have a lot of wisdom and encouragement to share. Many newer ones, are encouraging and insightful.........let's face it, there is so much positvie information here.

Please stick around.......if you feel a bit scared, post, jump into chat, even PM somone for help.........Again.....nice to meet you!
