Sorry Jossy, that happens sometimes... Probably related to the time of day.... (not that I know where you are!) But most of the USA is asleep and the UK people haven't woken up yet (soon). Australians are just getting home from work and getting dinner - so there's never a lot of action right now.
If you are really desperate PM whoever is on line and tell them you need to talk.It always seems impossible until it's done....
