About to sit down and watch the Cowboy game and stood there looking in the fridge at the chilled Shiner Bock. I really don't crave it - physically, but there's this funny part of my brain saying - how can you watch Cowboy's football without Shiner, chips and salsa?!

I guess today it will be a diet coke and some pistachios (allowed on the South Beach Diet) and I actually feel fine with that. However, if my 'boys lose today I may have to blame myself (ha ha).

Hope things are good with you..... We (the Boops) will be passing by, early February. Vacation from the UK, to Orlando....

Well, I had water and pickles (who knows why) but the 'boys played horribly. Jessica didn't appear to be there so apparently its my fault. Sorry for them, but I feel great about me. 4 days AF.
