I might not have succeeded in what I originally pledged to you both, or even kept up with this thread over the last horrific week. However, both of you have continued to inspire me.

Bessie, since reading about your pig classes, your humor and support have been so important to me. Uni, your guts and strength have been inspirational. Thanks for the invitation to go along on your ride. I didn't cross the finish line, but I did learn a hell of a lot about myself.

We could've not cared a bit and just drank as usual.

This 11 days has been great - I truly felt the love and support here. I'm still AF but know I need ODAT - as I can't get cocky - I quit drinking for 8 months 9 years ago and once I started ... we'll here I am. So this is going to be an slow steady program. I get depressed thinking about a life time of AB - but again ... it's ODAT. Soooo today - I'm not drinking! Thanks for starting this thread. I can't begin to tell you how much it's been my lifeline. Love you guys. Grrrrreat big hugs from snow land to where ever you all are.
