Well done. That is really good that your husband didn't drink either. It makes it much easier. Yes supps are helpful, esp when I've got my husband guzzling his beer right under my nose!.
I can't think of the idea of not drinking tommorrow. I concentrate on today only and avoid the alcohol aisle when I go shopping.
