I bought Kudzu from Holland and Barrett and I have found that it has really helped me. I did have some cravings but it's mainly when I am annoyed (when I usually pour myself a drink) but the cravings do pass very quickly. Previously I got Kudzu tincture which was rubbish.

It is a wonder why they stock it behind the till. But I wouldn't worry DD esp the amount of customers they must deal with each day.

The good thing to know is that this person knows what the hell she is talking about and can rely on her if you need additional help, or....she has used it herself and that is why she knew. Either way, I would not be worried about this person. It appears she does want to help.

Thanks everybody for your replies and support. todays another day and got it in prospective today. having a quiet friday night in minus the wine Day 3 af and 2nd day on the kudzu, will try this lot them get somw mail order from mwo. Got an added incentive not to drink need to have blood test to get my driving licence back soon so don't want to jepodise that.
Somebody asked how much i drink that a diifficult one as sometimes its notthig for days and then for the odd day its as much as i can get down me before i pass out usually after upsetting everybody in sight, so that one day has far reaching effects lost many friends family and relationships through it !!! not good.

But this time is it got a great new relationship new job and car back soon , if i mess thos lot only myself to blame so onwards and upwards DD x

lotus my kudzu comes form h & b have the tried the one from here wonder which is better ? you can get stuff from them on the internet as well. what puts me off the stuff from here is the bottle saying alchol recovery program on it hardly what you want in the bathroom cabinet ! but if its better will get it and put in another bottle DD x

P.S. I have tried the over-the-counter Kudzu, but it does not compare to the one sold here on this site.
