      The Melatonin I take is 3mg.
      Goal 1: Today
      Goal 2: Tomorrow

        I take 5mg

        I have been taking 5 mg, was told it is safe by my doctor, but maybe different for different people, who knows!!??

        Good luck and happy sleeping!! Today will be day 1 from this point forward no drinking, as I posted earlier I had 2 beers earlier, but won't drink any more tonight, so this will be a tough night, usually the first 2 or 3 are rough..............:sigh:
