It's just the time zones that make us seem like we're totally competitive about getting to start the ODAT thread!! Honest. And some of us do have to get up early anyway! So ignore all that and welcome. And the ODAT thread is a real hook for a lot of people - me included! Everything else that Ask For Help says is spot on - the drink tracker is a great tool and the book, I think, is a must. Whatever you need. Hope to see more of you.Seem the One day at a timers are an up and early crowd.
