    Welcome and don't be ashamed! I am still not AF but I'm working on it. Last night I had 2 and didn't enjoy them at all. Looks like alcohol is going the way of my chocolate and soda addictions of the past---no longer have the desire for either, and aiming to put alcohol on the same list of "no longer want it." The strength and honesty of the folks here will help me reach my goal. Carry on!

      THANKS TO AL OF YOU WHO HAVE REPLIED i have not been Al free since last we met but i certainly cut down. the nicest part is that i can sleep the whole night. this makes the whole next day go better. i reallly appreciate all of you
