had to share my morning work out.
got up this morning,,feeling down sorry for myself (boyfenid has op tomarrow) so no sleep
and work on day off,,,so took dogs out,,,was walking for 1 hour,,,every thing going good,,then comming back long way round on the lake,, there is a bit were l do ready with dogs,,,they jump in water for ball,,but this morning it was icey,,so no ball throwing,so l walk passed,,,then l herd SLASH,, l thoret dog had thrown it own ball in( belive me they are mad dogs,,so this would not be a shouck,,it was a duck) but it made me lol for 10 min..
so then l go on big football fiald,, thena gog at the other side comes on ( my dogs ears ug up,,and say time for there work out,,as the other dog is in sersone,,,sorry about spelling
so of they run,,me run beind them,,they get there 1st,,, so it takes 20 min to get them both on the lead...
SO WORKOUT FOR DAY
so here gos,,want to lose some cals,,some tip
1st hour walk 70 cal
dog throew ball( LOL) 80 cal
go on very big big fiald...then run after dogs 90 cals,,but make sure 3rd dog is there
spent 10 min with 1st dog to get it on lead,,150 cals
then 10 min to get 2nd dog on lead 150 cal
parts of bodys to get fit to but on leads,( very good benif for arems legs hips and bum) but warning,,when ding bum sit up,,be very carfull not so sit down to fast,,as this can be very sore for rest of day,,but is a very good work out :H
and its only 9 30 in morning,, so now time to go work
so when you do this right (but must as doc if you are ok to this )
you will never have to go the the gym agine
