I got the starter package that they sell at the health store here. I believe it has:
kudzu
l-glutamine
B-50
EPO
Milk Thistle
Mag citrate
calme forte
There might be more but I am not at home so I cannot check right now. I think the Kudzu is really helping my cravings and would recommend that to start.
