no it wont thats for sure because youre stronger than it. Im depressed,weepy but completely sober because I cannot drink no matter how much I might want to. I actually dont want to but still feel pretty messed up mentally. Keep strong Im around all evening.

Janice stay on I am here sat watching the thread, try this its what my counsellor told me and its what im doing now and I have never approached the problem like this before. This time its working for me so just imagine a boxing ring, you get in for a round with al, each time no matter what he beats you to a pulp so this time just decide not to get into the ring. Let him win, he has beaten you, dont try and fight and control him . You know that each time you get in the ring you will lose. Throw the towel in and walk away . hope that helps.
