For what it's worth....when I quit drinking, I also quit smoking.....I figured I was going to go through withdrawl once......I bit the bullet, figured I would have the "flu" for a few days and be miserable...
But I was just brutal about it....I took vitamins and supps, made myself exercise when I was antsy, drank lots of water.....
You just have to make it a mission. Get into it. Get into cleansing your body of all the toxins....you'll be amazed at how much better you will start to feel in a short amount of time if you just do the things I mentioned.
It really is all about your frame of mind....are you looking forward to stopping all this and feeling good about yourself?......or are you looking at quitting drinking and smoking as depriving yourself of something?.....(that is obviously giving you much enjoyment and satisfaction...)
