I know this may sound crazy, but when i was doing research into methadone, as my cousin takes it, I came across a natural treatment for addicts. It was very costly, but seemed to offer a vey high sucess rate. Could it be the same with alcohol that the toxins are actually in my cells? This program offered very similar to this program that I so wanted to get my couin into. It was a very prestigous place, so money was an issue. They offered hypnotis, vitamin supps, and some anti craving meds. They also had exercise. The clients also went to sauna and steam baths to get the toxins out faster. I could really imagine myselfgoing to the sauna for a couple of hours, and distracting myself, from other endeavors. Feeling so healthy after sauna, might not want to drink at all!!!!hehehe
