Tons of experiences from most on here about the not sleeping for a while. Your body is readjusting and you really don't sleep the well, quality wise, with the alcohol. That's why the supplements are such an important part of the program, to help your body regain it's health and balance. You should get the entire set, but if your main goal right now is sleeping try 3 mg of melatonin 30 minutes before you go to bed...it helps readjust your internal clock.

Once againg perfect advice! I've been taking Melatonin for about a month it makes all the differece along with Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc...
I was over my friends house this afternoon and pulled up the MWO website. The thread with the info you posted I showed her and told her she sould read it before hubby comes home from Rehab..Hope fully she will...
