Kate, you are doing so well, keep those thoughts at bay and you will have 60 sooner than you know...............those emotions will keep coming (sorry to tell you that), but that is part of growth you are experiencing from life w/o AL!!

Really :goodjob:.
I understand about the emotions, they whack me out, too. Not used to them after all that blocking them out with AL. This, too, will get easier.
Hang in there and you will hit 60 before you know it.
Others here seem to go through a huge transformation at day 90 or so. I do think that 3 months is a "magic" number.
Keep going and you will be one of the ones who get there and experience it!!
