      Just stumbled over this site....

      Hello Lefty,
      Until I found this site in January, I thought AA and the various rehab clinics were my only choices. Now I'm Alcohol Free over 30 days! What a godsend. And a great bunch of people. I found it really helpful to write down all the reasons I really hate drinking to excess, which was happening with greater frequency in my life. You will find many other ideas here.
      My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.
