        Take it to the Curb!



        We all collect garbage in our thoughts, in our speech, in our daily living. Today we are going to get rid of the garbage and "take it to the curb. No recycling allowed here! All of this trash needs to be dumped. We talk ourselves into repeating the same habits over and over. Not today - Take it to the Curb!

          I know I'm late to this party, but I'd really like to hop on this train. Got my hot pink sticky pad ready to go. I'm really worried about day 5...heard so many horror stories. And unfortunately for me, day 5 for me (tuesday the 11th) is my last day of work for the week.

          I'm obsessing about it already...and I can see myself turning it into an excuse to buy a bottle of wine on the way home. I'll need one powerful sticky on Tuesday....please?

            Never late to this party

            lefty - one is never late to this party - and Tuesday will be your power day - DO NOT get yourself worked up - okay - there are thousands and thousands of people who make it through day 5 - just hang in here and we will pull you right on through!!

            Our goal here is to make it through all this madness in March - and breath Spring air in April - but we've got to make it through One Day At A time! So Put your pretty pink post em notes where ever you will see them all day and where AL will see you can't be touched!!

                Ok, day late...but I did take a mess of "it" to the curb (actually to the dump) this weekend; we are doing a housecleaning and I found a lot of stuff I had been keeping for no good reason..it certainly did not make me feel good to look at it. So off it went!
                Had a great A/F weekend! Hope everybody is OK & I'll check in later today.

                  Sorry I'm late getting the note out today - I'm getting my feet back at work after being on the road last week - I'll catch up when I have a break here after a bit! Just do it today everyone!! You can! I know this was a tough weekend on some - but just remember -- today is a new, fresh day .... and I want you to welcome it with open arms!

                        More like MarchGroggy for Lefty this morning. 4 days in to AF and not sleeping so well. When I do sleep, I have weird, weird dreams that wake me up again. I never dream when I drink myself to sleep.

                        I'll be happy when this stage is over. Today I'm going to JUST DO IT!
