Hi Everyone,
I'm still here, following March Madness. Been really busy in life and work but so far a good record AF. I missed this thread, it keeps me motivated.
Lets see, so far while my husbands been gone on a business trip I have managed to do some much needed spring cleaning.........he gets nervous and anxious if I go through his stuff so I have to do it when he's gone. I've re-decorated the bedroom, bought new furniture for the office......hehehehehe, he's gonna be scared to leave next month!
I got a question for you all. Has anyone experienced mental sluggishness when going AF? Its almost like my brain is in "sleep" mode. I don't know if its part of detox,..... carbs and sugar from AL abruptly stopped?! I'm just not as sharp.........hope it passes............and if it doesn't its either old age or senility.
