      Hello all

      Hi Everyone! Got back late last night and didn't have a chance to even log on -- I was so tired! I only have a minute this morning as I have to get back to "work" but wanted to say ... Awesome post ems to BHOG!! WOW! :goodjob:

      The day I left I printed off the WAKE UP - and carried it all vacation! I have my very first AF vacation! YEHAAAA! Everyday I "woke up" and decided it felt really great! There were a couple of times I felt sorry for myself - but that passed quickly and here it is ......... April 1st!

      Today - a huge congrats to our very own BHOG for the 30 days! (I thought it had been longer - but you can fill us in) March Madness is over! Those who made it AF - you know how awesome that feels!! Leaving the madness in March is where it belongs! Those who's goals were AF - and drank less than they would have - you have also taken the first step! Way to go! I love Dexterheads post on April Showers drowning AL!! :H

      I am going to be really busy this next week trying to get caught up and my "busy" season is about to begin at work - but I'll post a April thread - and I hope that BHOG is ready for some more wisdom - as I loved his posts here. What do ya'll think??

      I'm planning, executing and going to win in April ! I made it 3 months and I'm ready to make it 4 with NO AL TAGGING ME!!

          Liv I'm so glad you're back, I missed you! urgirl: I'm very proud of you! roud: An AF vacation??? I can't even imagine. I have some questions about supplements/antioxidants/homeopathic stuff. I'll PM you some time and when You're not too busy you can reply. I might post something on the holistic side. I'm sick :bigcry:, the cold bug finallt caught up with me and took up residence in my throat and chest. I can't talk--it sucks! I can't find my Goldenseal, have to see if hubby can find me some in town!

            Livin, its good to have you back, although BHOG was a good substitute, it wouldn't be the same without you. Someone suggested for April we all take turns coming up with a post-it for the day. Might be a good idea.
            I came back from Vegas intact..........no strippers, no AL and no $$$$. Oh well. Very surprised how expensive it was.
            I have 4 days before I complete my 30 days...........Amazed at my achievement but also scared......don't know the words yet but when I do I'll tell you about them.
