Bad start!!

Hi All,

After reading the book I decided I'm going to give this program a go. Received my cd's and supp. yesterday. Thinking that I will start the program tomorrow, I drank a bottle off wine last night.

I feel like a total looser now, hubby is mad with me for drinking so much.>:

I really need this to work for me, wine is taking control of my life.

I battled cancer 3 years ago, but soon after my chemo, I made a new friend, Chardonnay!!!

I have a hard time quiting after just one glass of wine. I have tried several times to take control by myself, needless to say, without any success. I want to take control of this deamon.
