Any thing is possible. just keep on posting and reading this is a great place where you will get lots of support here.....It is not easy,people come here straight away and do the 30day AF...some just moderate and doing well at it.... me i'm still trying to do the 30Days AF still.. But not giving up.... just believe in yourself... Just remember drink lots of water.

Yes it is possible and the benefits are huge. I can only repeat read read read! If you're anything like me it can take quite a while to sink in - but it does eventually filter through. So absolutely keep going.
