Hi all

I'm am a newbie and I thought I would let you know that I have just asked my uk doctor for Campral and he was soooooo nice about it. He said that he would have to put me touch with the drug and alcohol team, which I freaked out about but he said would just be a one to one chat and once I had done that he would give me a prescription straight away.

He made me feel so good about myself not like some bad alkie and I wanted to tell you all that it is worth trying the NHS before paying stupid money for drugs over the internet (which I did yesterday, and think I have been ripped off)

I feel hope for the first time in years :-)

Greetings Clairelou, this is my very first every posting on an internet forum of any kind I have butterflys in by stomach!
I just wanted to say I am encouraged by your comments. I too have been referred to a specialist service before my GP will consider medication. I go next week, I thought I would take the MWO book and see what they say/have to offer. Best of British mate! Love Sophia
