I am waiting on health insurance to kick in. I ordered my copy of the book but it has not yet come. Should I wait to dive in until I have medical coverage?

I'm not really doing anything 'official' right now because I'm waiting for my rehab appt. But just reading lots of posts everyday has helped me cut down quite a bit. miim - you don't need medical coverage to do this program. If you are thinking about seeing your GP for other ways - then maybe in the interim you can stick around here and get a jump start on your goals.Comment
