I think I need to be here too. I need to NOT drink this week. I have a doctor's appointment on Monday and I want to get tests done that shows what is going on inside this body of mine.

I am already struggling this morning but determined to stick it out.

It is not that I really WANT to drink, I am enjoying my day just fine.

Almost noon and I am about to drink a cup of hot tea.

One day or one 10 minutes at a time... It will get better as the days go by.

We are able to do this. You know it, you have done it, too!

Hi everyone, bessie, Noelle, Suki, Cindi, Fairy,rudemama, uni, I may have missed a few of you, but sorry the memory is not as sharp as it used to be, seems to be getting better, ODAT is the way to go................just popping in before going for a chili horeback ride w/ a friend, then busy w/ other stuff this afternoon, AA meeting tonight!! YAY, finally enjoying th few I go to...........and MWO, don't know what I would do w/o you!!!!

Hi all of you! I am sorry some are struggling. I am as well. Another night of horrible dreams, often in which I am stumbling around in a drunken fog. I need to start anew! Suki, I love seeing cute little Knut!! Besssie, I recently saw Atonement and I had to hide my face during that scene. I love you all !!

Hi all odaters, really struggling today for some reason, nothing specific happening just feeling the 'pull' today really strongly, been trying to pass the time by cleaning out cupboards and drawers etc but as this has become my new hobby they don't really need doing but it does pass some of the 'craving time'. Wishing for today to be over. Anyone else struggling today?

I am only on day 2 today, so I must expect to struggle. I've been here quite often.

I have decided it doesn't matter that I feel like cr*p and that I would dearly love to start slamming that poison down my throat, I won't. Not for today.

I do know I have to quit, period. If I don't, I will kill myself (from the drinking, btw, not intentional suicide.) So, I do look at this like it is truly a life and death struggle. Hmm. Which side do I want to win? No question, here!!

Hopefully, tomorrow is better for us all!!

I actually feel happy tonight.

I found GABA at the store, never did get to the doggie treats, but there is always tommorow.

I would love the microwave recipe. I have tons of them if you want them. I have 2 shar-pei's,,,

T-Bone just turned a year old last month. He is a pretty grey/blue and Miss Ava is my blond puppy who is only 15 weeks old!! She is already the boss...LOL!!!:H

They love when I make Banana Biscotti. I even found some dog cutters I forgot I bought back November,,,

I am looking forward to tommorow. I even put in a job application today!!
