I woke up at 5 a.m. with an asthma attack. I am on day 3 of everything, and I've been doing great. I have no cravings at all. I think it's one of the supplements. The kudzu I bought comes in 300 mg. capsules, and I've been taking these 3 times a day. Should I open the capsules, take them less frequently, or eliminate them altogether?

You could try asking Dr Garcia (you'll see the link towards the bottom of the forum page).
Please try to get an answer for what it may be that could be causing the probs.
it would be a shame if you had to stop the program because of major health issues.

Thanks for your concern. Actually, the asthma attack never happened again, but I'm having some problems with joint pain. It doesn't matter, though. I'm not stopping. I will ask Dr. Garcia. I'm having such a wonderful experience that I'll deal with each small problem as it comes up.Comment
