This is week 6 for me im on 200mg of topa and ive got no cravings at all .
8 pm sat here its warm ,i fancy a beer ,so off to shop buy two .
9 pm still drinking first one and im enjoying it, id be on my third by now before the topa .
its now 11. pm just opened 2nd can , dont realy want it but its there must be habbit , anyway im off to chat see you there
