I've a good friend who did aversion therapy for smoking many years back, she still cann't stand the smell of tobacco. Hopefully your therapy will be as successful!
I also take my hat off in salute to you, Lefty, as very few people would be willing to share the re-hab experience. I think you will be a great resource for people on here looking for solutions.

Thank you so much for all the kind replies and good wishes. I've had a really good day. The actual aversion starts tomorrow, so I guess I'll be hurling all day. Cant wait.
I've had so many mixed feelings about being here, but I keep slapping that little devil off my shoulder. Pretty soon he'll be too tired to climb back up.
