Red, Don't be scared. That's easy for me to say now, that I am in week 4. I too was scared, I mean really scared before, starting, but like Judie said, I think you're going to be surprised. Just do what the book says, come to this site often for support and be determined and you'll be okay. The program works. Eliziby
