Thanks for all the welcomes and words of encouragement.
Tiny bit dissapointed with myself today. A friend who I haven't seen for months turned up a my house last night very distressed and needing a place to stay for the night. I couldn't turn him away so I let him sleep on my sofa. We shared a bottle of wine, I certainly wasn't drunk but I just couldn't say no. I was caught off guard. That's the first time in a long time that i've had a drink and not ended up getting completely wasted, so that's a good thing. I'm not gonna kid myself though, mods is definately not for me and abs is still what i'm aiming for. So back to day 1 af. Janice mentioned monthly abs so i'm going to check it out.
